This is one of many books I bought from Dr. Brownstein to regain my health.  Using Celtic Sea Salt gives you a sense of well-being within 2 days.  Love the science behind it.  Holistic is definitely the way to go!!! Thank you, Dr. Brownstein!!!!

I was amazed at the incredible taste of the Celtic Sea Salt.  I've been using unrefined salt for over 10 years, but it just doesn't carry the flavor.

You are right.  The moisture is key to both the higher mineral content and the subsequent quality of flavor.  It's wonderful.

We're enjoying the taste of the sea salt on our foods - and happy to hear it is full of extra minerals.

Since we purchased the book, can we now just order the sea salt?  I'd like to purchase two more @ $6 each

I keep some out on the counter in a mortar and pestle and grind it up to have on hand.  I find I use much less in my cooking because it has such better flavor.  Also, I read on one of the blogs that you can put a pinch on the back of your tongue before going to bed to help you sleep.  I "had" much trouble getting to sleep so I tried this.  I've been sleeping like a baby ever since!!!!!
